Introduction
This fund has been established to facilitate death and total and permanent incapacity (TPI) benefits to firefighting employees of the NSW Fire Brigades (NSWFB) as provided under the Crown Employees (NSW Fire Brigades Firefighting Staff Death and Disability) Award 2009 (Award)
The Trustee
The Trustee of the Fund is a corporate trustee, NSW Fire Brigades Superannuation Pty Limited (ABN 71 108 677 854). The Trustee's Board is equally represented by three Director representatives for the Employer and three Director representatives for the Members.
